Child safety standards
One My Day (the “App”) is operated by OPSoft Inc. (Wyoming, USA) and, for users in the Russian Federation, OOO «Intella». We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content or behaviour that endangers minors. This page describes the standards we apply, the safeguards we operate, and how to reach us.
1. Age requirement (18+ only)
The App is restricted to users aged 18 or older. During onboarding we collect a self-declared age cohort and decline registration for anyone under 18. Accounts later found to belong to minors are terminated, their data deleted, and — where the content warrants — reported to authorities.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
The following are strictly forbidden anywhere in One My Day — in private diary entries, in public shared links, in profile information, in AI-interview answers, and in ephemeral chats:
- any depiction, description, solicitation, or facilitation of child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- any sexualized content involving real or fictional minors, including AI-generated imagery;
- grooming behaviour, recruitment of minors for sexual purposes, or trafficking;
- links to, or distribution of, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) by any means.
Violation leads to immediate, permanent account termination, irreversible deletion of associated content from our systems, and a report to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC, missingkids.org) and to local law enforcement where required.
3. How to report
In-app. Every ephemeral chat session includes a “Report” button. Tapping it immediately ends the session and submits a report to our safety team.
Email. Suspected child-safety violations can be reported to support@onemyday.com. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and act on confirmed cases as fast as technically possible.
To regulators. Suspected CSAM is reported to NCMEC within 24 hours of detection, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
4. Detection and moderation
- AI-interview content, AI commentary, and ephemeral chat messages pass through automated safety filters that block CSAE-related prompts and outputs.
- Publicly shared posts (via user-initiated share links) are subject to human review on report.
- Private diary entries are encrypted per user at rest. We do not scan personal diaries. When a user explicitly publishes a diary entry via a public link, that content falls under the moderation rules above.
- Repeated or severe violations result in a permanent device-level and account-level ban.
5. Cooperation with law enforcement
OPSoft Inc. preserves and discloses user data to law enforcement in response to valid legal process, and on its own initiative when there is a credible threat to a child’s safety. Reports to NCMEC include all data required by U.S. federal law. Our Russian operator cooperates with the relevant Russian authorities in accordance with applicable law (including UK RF Art. 242.1, 242.2).
